The Chamber of Mines of Peru and the National University of the South (UNS) of Argentina made an institutional strategic alliance by signing a framework cooperation agreement, whereby they established to agree and develop mechanisms for mutual collaboration.
The prestige of the National University of the South of Argentina in training professionals in the mining sector has led the Chamber of Mines of Peru to have the privilege of signing this framework agreement, as it will allow access to academic programs for students and teachers of the educational institution, which already has a line of research that will allow the development of the mining industry in the region.
The objective of the agreement, signed between the CEO of the Chamber of Mines of Peru, Ing. César Gallardo, and the Rector of the university, Dr. Daniel Vega, is the following:
