Following the success of the first In-Company mining course “Leadership, teamwork, communication and its influence on safety”, Engineer Óscar Calero, consultant of the Chamber of Mines of Peru, was in charge of the second training day held at Doe Run Peru’s Cobriza mine.

In addition, as in the first day, this training took place in the facilities of the Parco club, owned by Cobriza mine.

On this occasion, engineer Calero shared his knowledge of leadership models, assertiveness, psychological tools in the mining sector and change management to achieve success in mining.
