Doctor Carlos Castagnola is a psychologist, theologian, philosopher and educator. He is an expert in coaching in the mining sector. He also has solid experience in mining companies such as Colquiri, Bolivia, and Doe Run Peru.
Regarding the appointment, the advisor stated the following, “I am grateful for the confidence of Ing. César Gallardo. I have been working for 3 years as a Senior Management Advisor in the Chamber of Mines of Peru.”

Regarding the outlook for mining in the year that has just begun, Dr. Castagnola said, “Peru is a mining country. We know that we cannot grow by turning our backs on mining. We have to train the new generations to protect the environment and, above all, to contribute to the development of the communities.”
The specialist has been in charge of training and research programs for the mining sector. One of these programs was the conference: “Ontological Coaching and Personal SWOT for the Integral Development of the Mining Professional”. This lecture was given at the First Seminar “Effective Strategies to Achieve Success in the Mining Sector”, where Dr. Carlos Castagnola gave the lecture.
